Counsellor, Data Analyst, Social Worker, Accountant (Pay Matrix Level-5/6):

  • You need a Graduate degree — Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health for Counsellor and Social Worker, Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Computer Applications for Data Analyst, and Commerce/Mathematics for Accountant.

Outreach Worker and Data Entry Operator posts (Pay Matrix Level-3/4):

  • You need a Graduate degree. For the three Data Entry Operator posts (DCPU, CWC, JJB), you must also have completed a Computer Concepts (CCC) course covering DOS, Windows, MS Office and Multimedia from a recognised Central/State institute.

Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (Pay Matrix Level-4):

  • You need 10+2 or equivalent, must have passed the Female Health Worker course from a recognised institute, and be registered with the State Nursing Council.

Cook, Helper and House Keeper (Pay Matrix Level-1):

  • You need at least HSLC (10th pass) or equivalent from a recognised institute. Cooks must know how to prepare common Manipuri and Indian dishes; House Keepers need good physique.

Age Limit

  • You should be between 18 and 38 years old as on the last date of application (25 August 2026).
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates can apply up to 43 years (5 years relaxation). OBC candidates can apply up to 41 years (3 years relaxation). Persons with disabilities get 10 years relaxation. Government servants get age relaxation as per rules.
