Service Conditions and Caveats

• End of engagement: The assignment ends with the academic year in June 2027 and cannot exceed one year. There is no provision for extension, an interim arrangement or continued ad hoc service after it ends.
• No regular appointment claim: This engagement gives you no right to absorption, regularisation or further employment. It also creates no preference or extra weightage for a future engagement.
• Notice period: Either you or the university can end the assignment with 15 days' notice. Leaving without the full notice can result in recovery of the corresponding honorarium.
• Leave: You can receive 15 casual leaves and 02 restricted holidays per academic year, reduced proportionately for a shorter engagement.
• Supervision and posting: You work under the Head of Department and Dean. The university can assign duties elsewhere within its jurisdiction when administrative needs arise.
• Reservation: Applicants from outside Haryana are treated as General category applicants. Match your application to the category assigned to the particular position.
• Conduct: Unsatisfactory work or conduct can lead to termination after an opportunity to be heard. The university may change the number of engagements, withdraw positions or leave positions unfilled.
• Joining: You must report within 15 days of the appointment order. Otherwise, the engagement can be withdrawn and offered to a waitlisted applicant.
• Interview travel: You must meet your own travel costs for the interview and presentation.
