Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS), the state unit of the National Rural Livelihood Mission, is hiring a Cluster Supervisor - Skill for Hoskote taluka in Bengaluru Rural district. The post sits on the skilling side of the mission, where the work is to move rural young people from their villages into short-term training and then into a job.

You will be the link between the district mission unit and the Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) that run the training centres. This is a field job, not a desk job — village visits, mobilisation camps, counselling sessions with candidates and their parents, and follow-up calls to young people who have already been placed fill most of a working week.
