Who Can Apply?

For Manager (Procurement & Marketing) - Rs. 45,000/month:

• You need an MBA (Marketing), MBA Agri Business Management, or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
• You must have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in procurement. Experience in marketing is desirable but not mandatory.
• Candidates who have worked in Government Departments/PSUs on procurement of agri commodities will be preferred, along with those who have hands-on experience in e-tendering.
• You should have good IT skills (MS Office, social media management, AI tools) and excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam — these are mandatory for this post.

For Business Development Executive (BDE) - Rs. 25,000/month:

• You need a graduation degree in B.Com/BBA/BBM from a recognized university, along with good IT knowledge.
• You must have 3 to 4 years of experience in general administration, government e-file maintaining systems, or IT domains such as MS Office, social media management, and AI tools.

Note: If you cannot furnish an appointment letter, salary certificate, or pay slip as proof of current work experience, you may instead upload an affidavit mentioning your employer, designation, period of work, and job responsibilities. Copies of appointment letters, salary certificates, or pay slips alone will not be accepted as proof of experience.

Age Limit

• For the Manager (Procurement & Marketing) post, you should be below 40 years old as on 01 July 2026.
• For the Business Development Executive (BDE) post, you should be below 30 years old as on 01 July 2026.

Salary

• The Manager (Procurement & Marketing) post carries a consolidated pay of Rs. 45,000 per month.
• The Business Development Executive (BDE) post carries a consolidated pay of Rs. 25,000 per month, with no other allowances payable.
• Both posts are on an 11-month contract which may be renewed based on your performance.

Selection Process

KCB/CMD will select candidates in the following stages:
