Kadapa DCCB Staff Assistant Recruitment 2026 — 40 Vacancies

The Kadapa District Co-operative Central Bank (Kadapa DCCB) is hiring 40 Staff Assistants in Andhra Pradesh. If you have a graduation degree in any discipline along with computer knowledge and Telugu proficiency, you can apply online. The last date to apply is 7 August 2026. You should be between 20 and 30 years old as on 1 June 2026. Starting pay is Rs. 24,050 per month, with total starting emoluments of around Rs. 47,000 per month including DA and HRA.

The Kadapa District Co-operative Central Bank (Kadapa DCCB) Staff Assistant Recruitment 2026 - 40 Posts

Kadapa DCCB has released a notification for 40 Staff Assistant posts, split between the open market and the PACS (Primary Agriculture Co-operative Societies) quota. 31 posts are for open market candidates and 9 posts are reserved for staff already working in PACS branches affiliated to the bank. This is a district-based recruitment — only candidates local to the erstwhile Kadapa District can apply. Fresh graduates as well as in-service PACS employees who meet the eligibility criteria can apply under their respective category.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university (as on 24 July 2026).
• Language: Knowledge of English and proficiency in Telugu is essential.
• Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers is essential.
• Domicile: You must be a local candidate of the erstwhile Kadapa District, based on 4-7 years of study or residence in the district.
• PwBD Candidates: If you have a Benchmark Disability of 40% or more, you can use a scribe or magnified font during the online test, along with 20 minutes of compensatory time for every hour of the exam.

For PACS Staff Candidates (9 posts):

• Intermediate plus JDC/HDC/DCRS certification, or graduation from a recognized university, as on the date of notification.
• Minimum 10 years of service in a PACS affiliated to the Kadapa DCCB.

How local candidature is decided: You qualify as a local candidate if you studied in an educational institution within the erstwhile Kadapa District for at least four consecutive academic years ending with your SSC (or equivalent) exam, or if you resided in the district for a similar period. If you don't meet the study criterion for the district, you may still qualify based on seven consecutive years of study or residence within Andhra Pradesh, provided the majority of that time was spent in the local area.

Age Limit

• You should be between 20 and 30 years old as on 1 June 2026 for the open market posts.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, BC candidates get 3 years, PwBD (General) get 10 years, PwBD (SC/ST) get 15 years, PwBD (BC) get 13 years.
• Ex-Servicemen: Actual service rendered plus 3 years (8 years for disabled ex-servicemen from SC/ST), subject to a maximum age of 50 years.
• In-service Co-operative/Commercial bank staff: Relaxed up to 35 years for General, 38 years for BC, and 40 years for SC/ST candidates.
• PACS Staff Candidates: Age relaxed up to 45 years for OC, with further relaxation for reserved categories, subject to an overall limit of 50 years.

Salary

• Selected candidates will start at Rs. 24,050 per month, rising to Rs. 64,480 per month over 20 pay stages, plus stagnation increments.
• Total starting emoluments (inclusive of DA and HRA) are around Rs. 47,000 per month at current rates.
• You will also get other allowances and perquisites as per Bank rules.

Application Fee

• SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 590 (including GST)
• OC / BC / EWS: Rs. 826 (including GST)
• Payment mode: Online only (debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI or mobile wallets).
• The fee is non-refundable, and bank transaction charges are borne separately by the candidate.
• EWS candidates must submit an Income & Asset Certificate for the relevant financial year at the time of document verification.

Selection Process

Selection is entirely through an online test — there is no interview:

1. Online Test (Open Market Candidates): 200 questions for 200 marks covering Reasoning (40Q/50M), Quantitative Aptitude (40Q/50M), English Language (40Q/40M), General Awareness (40Q/40M) and Computer Knowledge (40Q/20M). You get a composite time of 2 hours. Negative marking of 0.25 marks applies for each wrong answer.
2. Online Test (PACS Staff Candidates): 50 questions for 100 marks on Working and Functions of PACS, in 60 minutes, with the same negative marking rule.
3. Document Verification of the provisionally selected candidates.

The test is conducted in English, and you must clear each section individually to qualify. Selected candidates sign a contract bond and must serve the bank for a minimum of 2 years.

2. Complete New Registration with your name, contact details and email ID.
3. Fill in the online application form and upload your photo, signature, left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration.
4. Pay the application fee online through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
5. Submit the form and take a printout of the application and fee receipt.
