Who Can Apply?

• You must be a citizen of India.
• You need a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / HVAC / Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks from a recognized university, along with 5 years of field experience in civil/electrical/HVAC construction or maintenance work (preferably in organizations working under CPWD/PWD/Government norms).
• OR a Diploma in Electrical/HVAC/Civil Engineering with 55% marks and at least 8 years of similar field experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large electrical project execution or maintenance work.
• You must fully satisfy yourself about your eligibility as prescribed in the advertisement before attending the interview — no queries regarding eligibility criteria will be entertained on the interview day.

Age Limit

• You should not be more than 35 years old for either post.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 55,000 per month for both posts.
• This is a fixed consolidated pay — no other allowance or incentive is payable, and you will not be entitled to any benefit, compensation, absorption or regularization of service at the institute.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the institute.

Selection Process

Selection is through a walk-in interview — there is no written exam:

1. Document Verification: Bring your original educational certificates, mark sheets and experience certificates for verification at the venue, along with one self-attested copy set to be deposited if selected.
2. Walk-in Interview: Only candidates reporting by the scheduled reporting time will be considered — candidates reporting after the scheduled time will not be eligible to participate.

The engagement is for 1 year, or until a regular employee is appointed, whichever is earlier, and may be extended or curtailed based on institute requirements or your performance. Either you or the institute can end the engagement with 15 days' written notice (or pay in lieu of notice). The Appointing Authority also reserves the right to accept or reject any application, or to defer or cancel the advertisement at any stage, without assigning any reason — no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
