International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS) is hiring a Research Scientist for its Center of Demography of Gender (CDG) in Mumbai. This is a full-time contractual research role for someone who can combine population and gender research with policy communication, course design and coordination across a multidisciplinary team. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Early end condition: The appointment ends when either the project or the approved appointment period finishes, whichever happens first.
• Work base: This is a full-time, Mumbai-based role at IIPS-CDG; the selected person reports to the centre's faculty coordinators.
• Experience flexibility: The competent authority may relax the preferred experience condition for a candidate with strong qualifications and skills.
• Travel support: IIPS will not pay TA or DA for attending the interview.
• Joining: The person recommended by the selection committee must be ready to join at short notice.
