Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has announced a walk-in interview for the post of Research Assistant under the Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat (EBSB) Program, a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The position is for a period of 8 months and is purely contractual and non-renewable. No written exam — selection is through a direct walk-in interview. Postgraduates with strong computer and communication skills are encouraged to attend.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Post Graduation degree from a recognised university
• Computer Skills: You must have proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, internet and email
• Typing: Bilingual typing in English and Hindi is required
• Soft Skills: Good interpersonal, networking and leadership skills are expected

Salary

• Fixed pay of Rs. 40,000 per month
• Plus HRA as per IIM Lucknow norms
• This is a contractual post — no other government service benefits apply
