• Conduct home visits and surveys in the assigned area to identify children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers

• Keep records of beneficiaries including children aged 0-6 years, pregnant women, and adolescent girls
• Provide pre-school non-formal education to children aged 3-6 years at the Anganwadi Centre
• Monitor the growth and nutritional status of children and refer malnourished children for treatment
• Work closely with the ASHA worker, ANM, and other health functionaries in the village
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the ICDS Supervisor on all activities and beneficiary data
