For Para Fitter:

• You need Matriculation (10th) pass plus an ITI certificate in the Fitter trade from a recognized institute.

For Multipurpose Worker:

• You need a minimum of Middle (8th) Pass or an equivalent qualification.

Salary

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Your selection is based on a merit list prepared from your educational qualification, BPL status, experience, and skill/physical test performance, as applicable.

1. Merit Calculation: Marks are awarded for your educational qualification, BPL certificate, experience, and skill/physical test.
2. Skill/Physical Test: Shortlisted candidates may be called for a skill and physical test (no TA/DA paid for this).

Marks distribution: Educational qualification gets 5-6 marks, BPL certificate gets 1 mark, experience gets 2 marks, and the skill/physical test carries 2 marks.
