HLL Lifecare Limited (formerly Hindustan Latex Limited) is a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. HLL has invited online applications from eligible candidates for 40 Management Trainee posts in different disciplines.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and postgraduates to start their career in a reputed Government of India enterprise. Selected candidates will undergo 1 year of training and will be confirmed as regular employees after successful completion.

Vacancy Details (Total: 40 Posts)

• Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation): 17 posts
• Marketing: 10 posts
• Pharma (B.Pharm): 6 posts
• Finance (CA/CMA/MBA Finance): 3 posts
• HR (MBA HR/MSW/MA PM&IR): 2 posts
• Legal (LLB): 1 post
• IT (B.Tech CS/IT or MCA): 1 post

Qualification

You need a minimum of 60% marks throughout your academic career. The required degree depends on the discipline you are applying for:

• Engineering: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation with 60% marks
• Marketing: MBA (Marketing) with 60% marks
• Pharma: B.Pharm with 60% marks
• Finance: CA/CMA (Intermediate) or MBA (Finance) with 60% marks
• HR: MBA (HR) / MSW / MA (PM&IR) with 60% marks
• Legal: LLB with 60% marks
• IT: B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with 60% marks

Age Limit

Maximum 27 years as on 01 February 2026.

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation (up to 30 years)
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (up to 32 years)
• PwD: 10 years relaxation (up to 37 years)

Salary

Selected candidates will be placed in E-1 Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 under IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pay scale. You will also get DA, HRA, Medical benefits, PF, Gratuity, LTC, and other allowances as per company rules.

Application Fee

• General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 1,180 (Rs. 1,000 + 18% GST)
• SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 590 (Rs. 500 + 18% GST)

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 multiple choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes. Includes General Aptitude (25 questions) and Domain Knowledge (75 questions). There is negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong answer.
2. Psychometric Assessment: This is qualifying in nature only.
3. Group Discussion
4. Personal Interview

Training Period

Selected candidates will undergo 1 year of training as Management Trainees. After successful completion of training, you will be confirmed as a regular employee of HLL Lifecare Limited.
