The Female Supervisor is a key link between the department's headquarters and the Anganwadi network at the block level. WCD Haryana runs a large number of Anganwadi Centres across the state under schemes like the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) programme, and each Supervisor is responsible for guiding, monitoring, and reporting on the Anganwadi Workers and Helpers within her assigned circle.
