Engineers India Limited (EIL) is hiring Associate Engineers Grade I on fixed-term contracts for its SCM Inspection department. The work supports the monitoring and expediting of critical equipment and materials for refinery, petrochemical and other oil and gas projects. Posts and Disciplines

• Mechanical/Metallurgical Inspection, position A: This stream concerns static and rotating equipment used in refinery and petrochemical projects. The notice names pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, towers, reactors, pumps and compressors as relevant equipment.
• Electrical Inspection, position B: This stream concerns electrical equipment and bulk materials. Its scope includes switchboards, motors, transformers, generators, drives, power supplies, cables, light fittings and related electrical components.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Fixed term: The initial engagement is for 3 years, as applicable. It ends automatically when that period expires unless EIL ends it earlier. Working on this contract gives you no claim to a regular EIL appointment.
• Posting flexibility: Assignments may be in the National Capital Region, regional offices, procurement offices, a branch office or construction sites. EIL can place you anywhere in India or abroad according to organizational needs.
