The Station Headquarters ECHS Cell at INS Hamla, Mumbai has released an employment notice for 4 contractual positions at the COD Kandivali Polyclinic. Who Can Apply?

Medical Specialist

• Qualification: MD/MS in the concerned speciality
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the speciality after Post Graduation

Dental Officer

• Qualification: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience

Dental Hygienist

• Qualification: Diploma in Dental Hygiene / Class I DH / DORA course (Armed Forces)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience

Data Entry Operator

• Qualification: Graduate / Class I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience

Salary

• Medical Specialist: Rs. 1,30,000/- per month (fixed)
• Dental Officer: Rs. 95,000/- per month (fixed)
• Dental Hygienist: Rs. 36,500/- per month (fixed)
• Data Entry Operator: Rs. 29,200/- per month (fixed)

These are fixed monthly remuneration amounts for contractual positions. No additional allowances have been mentioned in the notification.

Selection Process

1. Document Verification — Your educational certificates, work experience proof, medical fitness form, and other supporting documents will be checked first.
2. Interview — Only candidates who meet all the qualitative requirements will be called for the interview at INS Hamla on 30 April 2026.

You will be informed by telephone or email if you are shortlisted for the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

• Assist dental officers with hygiene procedures, patient preparation, and instrument sterilization
• Manage data entry tasks including patient records, medical reports, and administrative documentation
• Follow all standard operating procedures as per the ECHS Compendium and polyclinic guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of patients, treatments, and medical supplies
• Work in coordination with other medical and non-medical staff at the polyclinic
