Service Conditions and Caveats

• Renewal: a fresh contract must be signed each year. Continuation is conditional, and these appointments do not confer regular government employment.
• Local reservation: Telangana local-candidate rules apply. The notice limits recruitment to candidates belonging to Telangana and reserves the specified Scheduled Area posts for local Scheduled Tribes.
• Appointment units: the Paediatrician post uses Multi Zone I, while RMNCH Counsellors use the district unit. The primary-care entry distinguishes medical graduates from nursing applicants; the other listed units are Zone I.
• Reservation roster: community, disability, ex-servicemen and women’s reservation rules apply, including the stated 33 1/3% women’s reservation and the existing roster.
• Administration: appointments remain under the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare and the NHM Mission Director. Outsourced appointments are made through an outsourcing agency.
