District Health Society Tiruppur has released a combined notice for 15 different post groups on contract basis in district health facilities. Medical and Nursing Posts

• Medical Officer: MBBS degree approved by MCI/NMC with Tamil Nadu Medical Council registration.

• Dental Surgeon: BDS from a recognised college with Tamil Nadu Dental Council registration.

Technical and Therapy Posts

• MPHW: Plus Two science subjects, Tamil in SSLC, and Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector course recognised by the proper authority.
• Lab Technician: DMLT or Plus Two with Medical Laboratory Technology certificate, plus good physique, good vision and capacity for outdoor work.
• Therapy roles: BPT, Occupational Therapy, Audiology/Speech qualifications or DHLS as mentioned against each post.

Support and Office Posts

• Account Assistant: B.Com with accounts experience, computer skills and Tally package knowledge.
• Hospital Worker group: 8th pass and ability to read and write Tamil.
• Local requirement: Tamil language knowledge is important for posts where the notice specifically mentions it.

Age Limit

• Below 35 years: MPHW, Physiotherapist, Audiologist group roles, Account Assistant, Counsellor and OT Technician.

• Technical salaries: Lab Technician gets Rs. 17,000, Audiologist/Speech roles go up to Rs. 32,000, and therapy roles are around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 23,000.
• Support staff salary: Hospital Worker group gets Rs. 11,000 per month.
