The District Child Protection Unit (DCPU), East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur has invited applications for the post of Assistant cum Data Entry Operator (Post Code: DCPS-09) under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme "Mission Vatsalya". This is a contractual position for an initial period of one year, which may be extended based on satisfactory performance review by the committee. Only permanent residents of Jharkhand are eligible to apply for this vacancy. Candidates with relevant work experience will be given preference during the selection process.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need to have passed 12th class (Intermediate) from a recognized Board or equivalent Board, along with a Diploma or Certificate course in Computers.
• Domicile: You must be a permanent resident of Jharkhand state. Only candidates holding a Jharkhand domicile certificate are eligible.
• Experience: While freshers can apply, candidates with prior work experience will receive additional weightage during selection.
• Computer Skills: You should be proficient in computer operations, including typing in both Hindi (30 words per minute) and English (35 words per minute).

Salary

• Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 13,240.
• This is a contractual position under the Mission Vatsalya scheme, so the salary is consolidated without separate allowances.
• The appointment does not carry any right to regularization or permanent absorption in the government.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written examination for this recruitment. Selection will be based on:

2. Skill Test (Computer Typing): You will need to demonstrate your typing ability on a computer. The required speed is 30 words per minute in Hindi and 35 words per minute in English.
