CUS Programmer Recruitment 2026: Overview

Cluster University of Srinagar (CUS) is recruiting a Programmer on a contractual, consolidated-pay basis at its Gogji-Bagh campus in Srinagar. The university was established by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir under the Srinagar and Jammu Cluster Universities Act. This engagement is for domiciles of Jammu and Kashmir, and the notice makes clear that appointment does not create a right to continued service.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Domicile: The recruitment is restricted to domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Keep this restriction in mind when deciding whether the opening fits your circumstances.

• Recruitment discretion: CUS may defer the recruitment or leave the position unfilled without giving a reason. It also reserves the right to change the number of advertised positions.

• Legal jurisdiction: Any dispute or legal proceeding against the university falls under the courts in Srinagar.

Application Submission Notes

The online application also needs a printed hard copy sent to the Registrar. Online submission alone does not satisfy the notice's paper-submission requirement, and the two submission cut-offs are separate.
