• Confidentiality: You must sign an undertaking to protect the project findings and any related intellectual property information. This is a condition of joining the project team.
• Ending the engagement: The institute may end the assignment with one month of notice. You may also leave with one month of notice or pay instead, subject to the competent authority’s discretion to shorten or waive this requirement.
• Accommodation: You must arrange your own place to stay during the engagement. The institute does not promise accommodation through this notice.
• Offer conditions: Join within the time stated in your offer after completing the appointment formalities. The institute can cancel or withdraw an offer if it finds a discrepancy in your candidature at any stage.
• Governing rules: The funding agency’s and CSIR-NEERI’s project-staff rules, including later amendments, apply to this engagement.
