CSIR-NCL, Pune has released advertisement number 2026/CSIR-NCL/BIO/HCP47/838 inviting applications for a Project Associate position to work on the Phenome India-CSIR Health Cohort Knowledgebase (PI-CHeCK) project. PI-CHeCK is India's first pan-India longitudinal health study covering around 10,000 participants — mainly CSIR employees, pensioners, and their spouses — across 17 states and 24 cities. Its goal is to build India-specific risk prediction models for cardio-metabolic diseases like diabetes, liver disease, and heart disease, since most existing risk models are based on non-Indian populations and do not fit Indian lifestyles and genetics well. This is a temporary, project-linked engagement. No written exam is conducted — selection is based on your qualifications, experience, and an interview. Age Limit

Salary
