Post-wise Duties

You will handle library work and book purchases at the college. The notice also places library-related assignments from the Associate Dean and Education Branch within this role.

Clock Hour Basis Teachers

You will teach your allotted subject and conduct its course-related examinations. These teaching assignments follow the clock hour arrangement described in the notice.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract period: the contractual posts run for 11 months. The Assistant Librarian and Physical Education engagements are full time.
• Early closure: your engagement ends when the relevant permanent post is filled or your stated tenure finishes. It does not give you a claim to regular appointment at PDKV.
• Performance: the college may end your engagement before the full term if your performance or delivery of duties does not meet its requirements.
• Joining bond: appointees to the 11-month contractual posts must sign a bond on Rs. 100 stamp paper at joining. You cannot join without completing this requirement.
• Appointment decision: selection alone does not guarantee an appointment order. The college may also change the number of posts.
• Conduct: canvassing can lead to cancellation of your candidature.
