CMD Training Coordinator Recruitment 2026: Overview
Centre for Management Development (CMD), an autonomous institution of the Government of Kerala, is recruiting a Training Coordinator for one of its autonomous-body clients. CMD has worked in management consulting, project management and training since 1979, serving government departments, local bodies, development agencies and public-domain institutions.
The appointment is a one-year contractual assignment. The client organisation is not named in the notice, but the qualification mix points to work that connects training coordination with food-technology or marketing knowledge. You should be comfortable organising programmes, communicating with participants and institutions, keeping activity records and supporting the client team's delivery schedule.
This recruitment uses a fully online application managed through CMD's linked portal. The notification does not promise one fixed assessment route: CMD will decide the method according to its requirements and may combine screening with one or more assessments. Only shortlisted applicants will receive further communication through their registered email address, SMS or phone number.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Contract term: the appointment is for one year with the Government of Kerala autonomous-body client. The notice does not describe it as a regular government appointment.
- Indian citizenship: applicants must be citizens of India and must satisfy themselves that they meet every notified condition before applying.
- Qualification equivalence: if your qualification is only equivalent to the named degree, you must support it with an equivalency certificate from the competent authority.
- Shortlisting: CMD and the client may set cut-off rules, revise the assessment method, change the requirement or stop the recruitment process.
- Communication: keep your personal email address and mobile number active until the recruitment is complete. Check the spam or junk folder regularly because assessment messages may arrive there.
- Accuracy: incorrect, fabricated or suppressed information can lead to rejection or cancellation even after you reach a later recruitment stage.
Application Submission Notes
Upload a recent photograph in JPG format below 200 kB and your full signature in JPG format below 50 kB. The signature must be your own, written in full on white paper; initials and capital-letter signatures are not accepted.
For education proof, upload the original or provisional certificate issued by the competent authority. Mark sheets, consolidated mark sheets and statements are not accepted in place of the qualification certificate. If you claim category-based relaxation or qualification equivalence, attach the corresponding valid certificate.
Your experience proof must clearly state the employer, designation, employment period, duties and responsibilities and carry the authorised signature and seal. Appointment letters, salary certificates and pay slips are not accepted as substitutes. For your latest employment only, the notice allows an affidavit containing the required work details.
Complete every relevant field carefully before final submission. Blurred photographs, unclear signatures, ambiguous experience records and incomplete forms can be rejected, and CMD will not accept later information merely to repair an application that was submitted incorrectly.
