Central Industrial Security Force ASI Paramedical Recruitment 2026 - 24 Posts

Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has released the recruitment notice for ASI (Pharmacist), ASI (X-Ray Technician) and ASI (Lab Technician) under Para Medical Staff Recruitment 2026. Who Can Apply?

For ASI (Pharmacist)

• Education: You must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board or university.
• Professional qualification: You need a Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from an institution recognised by the Central or State Government.
• Registration: You must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

For ASI (X-Ray Technician)

• Education: You must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board or university.
• Diploma: You need a 2-year Diploma in Radiography from a Central or State Government recognised institution.

For ASI (Lab Technician)

• Education: You must have passed 10+2 with Science from a recognised board or university.
• Diploma: You need a 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a Central or State Government recognised institution.

Other Conditions

• Nationality: You must be an Indian citizen.
• Gender: The recruitment is open to male and female candidates.
• One post only: You may apply for one post only.
• PwD: Persons with Disabilities are not eligible for this recruitment.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 28 years old.
• Age will be counted as on 7 July 2026, the closing date of online application.
• SC/ST: Upper age relaxation of 5 years.
• OBC: Upper age relaxation of 3 years.
• Departmental candidates: Up to 40 years for General, EWS and OBC; up to 45 years for SC/ST, subject to service conditions.
• Ex-Servicemen: Military service period can be deducted from actual age, and the resultant age should not exceed the prescribed upper age by more than 3 years.

Salary

• Pay Level: Level-5 in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
• Monthly pay range: Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300.
• You will also get usual central government allowances as admissible from time to time.
• Selected candidates will be covered under the National Pension System as applicable to central government employees joining after 1 January 2004.

Physical Standards

For Male Candidates

• General, EWS, SC and OBC: Height 170 cm; chest 80-85 cm.
• Relaxed categories and notified states: Height 165 cm; chest 80-85 cm, subject to certificate.
• Scheduled Tribe candidates: Height 162.5 cm; chest 77-82 cm.
• Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.

For Female Candidates

• General, EWS, SC and OBC: Height 157 cm; chest not applicable.
• Relaxed categories and notified states: Height 155 cm; chest not applicable.
• Scheduled Tribe candidates: Height 154 cm; chest not applicable.
• Medical fitness: You must be in good mental and physical health and free from defects that affect duty performance.

Application Fee

• UR / EWS / OBC: Rs. 100
• Female / SC / ST / ESM: No fee
• Online payment: Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Rupay card or UPI up to 7 July 2026 at 23:59 hours.
• SBI challan: Cash payment at SBI branches is allowed up to 9 July 2026, if the challan is generated before 7 July 2026 at 23:59 hours.
• Refund: Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Selection Process

The CISF selection process has five stages, and final merit is based on written exam marks.

1. Written Examination: OMR/CBT exam for 100 marks in 2 hours. It will test trade knowledge and will be in Hindi and English.
2. Physical Standard Test (PST): Height, chest and weight will be checked as per post and category standards.
3. Documentation: Original certificates, ID proof and category documents will be checked.
4. Basic Vocational Aptitude Test (BVAT): Qualifying test to check suitability for the job.
5. Medical Examination: Detailed Medical Examination and Review Medical Examination, if applicable.

No negative marking is mentioned for the written examination. Candidates shortlisted after the written exam will be about 5 times the vacancies for the next stage.

3. Login with your registration ID and password.
4. Click the Recruitment of Paramedical Staff in CISF - 2026 tab.
5. Fill in the online application form for only one post.
6. Upload your recent photograph, signature, date of birth proof and educational qualification documents.
7. Pay the fee if you are not exempted.
8. Submit the form and take a printout for your records.
