Who Can Apply?

For Block Project Manager (Rs. 39,875/month):

• Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma from a recognised university or institution
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience at Block or Cluster level in rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihood promotion work
• Experience must be from a Central/State Government body, NGO, or organisation listed on the NITI Aayog/Government website

For Area Coordinator (Rs. 26,490/month):

• Qualification: Graduate degree from a recognised university, plus a one-year Computer Diploma or Certificate from a recognised institution
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience at Block or Cluster level in rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihood-related work
• Experience must be from a Central/State Government body, NGO, or organisation listed on a government website

Applicants must be original residents (domicile) of Chhattisgarh state. Self-attested copies of all certificates are mandatory.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 01 January 2026.
• Age Relaxation: As per Chhattisgarh government rules for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) and other eligible groups.

Salary

• Block Project Manager: Rs. 39,875 per month (consolidated)
• Area Coordinator: Rs. 26,490 per month (consolidated)
• This is a contractual appointment for 1 year, which may be renewed based on annual performance appraisal and government directives.

Selection Process (No Written Exam for BPM)

Selection is based on merit (total 100 marks) with the following components:

For Block Project Manager:

1. Post Graduation Marks: Percentage scored on 100, with weightage of 35 marks
2. Graduation Marks: Percentage scored on 100, with weightage of 20 marks
3. 12th Class Marks: Percentage scored on 100, with weightage of 15 marks
4. Relevant Experience Beyond Minimum: Each complete year beyond the required 2 years earns 2 marks (maximum 10 marks)
5. CGSRLM/Bihan Mission Experience: Each complete year earns 1 mark (maximum 5 marks)
6. Interview: 15 marks

For Area Coordinator:

1. Graduation Marks: Percentage scored on 100, with weightage of 35 marks
2. 12th Class Marks: Percentage scored on 100, with weightage of 20 marks
3. 10th Class Marks: Percentage scored on 100, with weightage of 20 marks
4. Relevant Experience Beyond Minimum: Each complete year beyond the required 1 year earns 2 marks (maximum 10 marks)
5. CGSRLM/Bihan Mission Experience: Each complete year earns 1 mark (maximum 5 marks)
6. Written/Skill Test: 10 marks

If more than 10 applications are received per post, a skill test on academics, experience, age, and skills may be conducted first. Top scorers from the skill test will be shortlisted for appointment.
