Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM) RA/SRF Bio-Statistics Walk-in Interview 2026 - 1 Post

The Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM), under the Ministry of Ayush, has invited candidates for a Walk-in-Interview at its Regional Research Institute of Unani Medicine (RRIUM), New Delhi for one contractual post under Advertisement No. 2/2026. The post will be filled as either Research Associate (RA) or Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in Bio-Statistics, depending on your qualification and experience. No written exam is required — selection is through a walk-in interview only. As RA/SRF, you will analyse research data from clinical studies, help prepare technical reports, maintain Excel-based Case Report Forms (CRF), and prepare periodic statistical reports for the institute. You may also be deputed to other RRIUM units or the CCRUM Headquarters for data compilation and analysis work when needed.

Who Can Apply?

For Research Associate (RA) — Rs. 58,000 + HRA/month:

• Qualification: PhD in the concerned discipline from a recognised University/Institution with 2 years of research/teaching experience
• OR Post Graduate degree in the concerned discipline with 5 years of research/teaching experience after the Master's degree

For Senior Research Fellow (SRF) — Rs. 42,000 + HRA/month:

• Qualification: Post Graduate degree in the concerned discipline with 3 years of experience after the Master's degree

Your eligibility will be determined as on the date of the advertisement.

Age Limit

• For RA, you should not exceed 40 years of age.
• For SRF, you should not exceed 35 years of age.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 58,000 + HRA per month (RA) or Rs. 42,000 + HRA per month (SRF).
• This is a purely contractual engagement, initially for six months, extendable every six months up to three years based on performance.
• You will work a six-day-a-week schedule on a full-time basis.
• You get 12 days of leave in a calendar year (with prior permission), in addition to government holidays, on a pro-rata basis.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, and this contract does not entitle you to any claim for regular appointment in CCRUM.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is through a walk-in interview:

1. Document Verification: Bring original educational and experience certificates with self-attested photocopies and two passport-size photographs for verification before the interview.
2. Interview: Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear. Your proficiency in software usage may also be assessed.
