Baroda Swarojgar Vikas Sansthan (BSVS) is recruiting a Faculty member for its Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) at Panchmahal, Godhra. This is a contractual training role, combining classroom sessions with support for trainees as they develop self-employment plans.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial contract: The appointment is for 12 months. BSVS decides whether to renew it after reviewing your performance during that period.
• Continuation: Further contracts depend on satisfactory work and renewal approval. The notice allows continuation up to retirement at 60 or the end of the project, whichever comes first.
• Joining window: You must be ready to join soon after receiving an offer. The notice gives a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the offer letter.
• Offer terms: Your offer letter sets out the contract's effective date, duration and renewal conditions. Review these terms before taking up the appointment.
• Leaving the contract: If either side chooses to discontinue the engagement, one month's notice or equivalent salary is needed. This applies to you as well as the organisation.
• Termination by the trust: The trust may end the contract without stating a reason. In that case, it provides one month's notice or salary instead.
• Information accuracy: False information, withheld facts or failure to meet the stated requirements can cancel your candidature. If discovered after appointment, these issues can end the contract without notice.
• Previous disciplinary action: If an earlier employer took disciplinary action against you, the trust or institute management has the final say on your selection.
• Leave: The notice provides 12 days of casual leave, 10 days of privilege leave and 10 days of sick leave annually. Maternity leave follows the applicable law, while paternity leave is 15 days per child subject to the stated conditions.
• Multiple institutes: An application covering more than one RSETI may be rejected. Keep your application specific to the advertised Panchmahal appointment.
