Service Conditions and Caveats

• Appointment term: the role carries a three-year term, with renewal linked to a satisfactory review against the goals set for the position.
• Reporting: you will report jointly to the Associate Dean of GCIR and the Head of Accounts and Finance, so the work combines research administration with institutional accounting.
• Campus-based work: this is an on-campus position at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus, not a remote or all-India posting.
• Cross-team coordination: regular contact with faculty members, principal investigators, GCIR, AGSRD and finance staff is part of the role; pending documents and failed transactions will need active follow-up.
