Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) Scientific Assistant Recruitment 2026 - 6 Posts

The Department of Atomic Energy's Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has released Advertisement No. 06/2026 (R-I) to fill 6 Group 'B' Para-medical posts through direct recruitment. The posts are spread across 4 disciplines — Psychologist, Pathology, Radiography and Nuclear Medicine Technologist — at BARC, Mumbai and the Radiation Medicine Research Centre (RMRC), Kolkata. Selection is largely interview-based, making this a great opportunity for para-medical graduates and diploma holders. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist role also involves teaching and training at HBNI's MD (Nuclear Medicine) and M.Sc courses, so this is a good fit if you enjoy both clinical work and academics.

Note: The vacancies are provisional and may vary based on approval by the competent authority. Candidates on the wait list may be offered appointment only if a main-list candidate does not join, and the wait list stays valid for one year from the date the select panel is prepared.
