Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) has released a walk-in interview notice for 1 Research Associate post against the sanctioned Scientist (Microbiology) position under the Non-Plan Bacterial Inoculants Scheme (BIS) at Agricultural Research Station, Amaravathi. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification (Ph.D. route): Ph.D. in Agricultural Microbiology.
• Qualification (Master's route): Master's degree in a relevant subject with First Division (or equivalent CGPA) and at least 3 years of teaching/research experience, plus one research paper published in an SCI or NAAS-rated (4.0+) journal.
• Qualification (Basic Science route): Postgraduate degree in Basic Science (3-year Bachelor's + 2-year Master's) with NET qualification.
• Experience: Experience in biofertilizer production or research is desirable, though not mandatory if you meet the qualification criteria above.
• Skills: You need computer knowledge (data entry, analysis, typing) and Telugu speaking and writing skills, since you will be working closely with local farmers and field staff.

Salary

Your consolidated monthly pay depends on which qualification route you fall under.

• Master's degree holders get a consolidated pay of Rs. 61,000 per month plus HRA.
• Ph.D. degree holders get a consolidated pay of Rs. 67,000 per month plus HRA.
• This is a fixed consolidated remuneration for the 11-month contract period, not a regular pay scale with annual increments.
