Army Institute of Nursing (AIN), Guwahati has released a notice inviting applications from female candidates who are wards of Ex-Servicemen, War Widows or Civilians for the post of Warden (Contractual) at the Girls Hostel. Only female candidates are eligible for this post. Applications must reach the Director, AIN Guwahati by hand or by post on or before the deadline.

Who Can Apply?

• Gender: Only female candidates can apply.
• Eligibility Pool: You must be a Ward of Ex-Servicemen, War Widow or Civilian.
• Qualification: Minimum Graduate from a recognised university.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of English, Hindi and Assamese will be preferred.
• Medical: You should be medically fit.
• Character: You must have an excellent character record.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 25 years and above

Salary

• Monthly consolidated salary: Rs. 26,450 per month
• This is a contractual appointment with a fixed consolidated pay

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day affairs of the Girls Hostel at Army Institute of Nursing, Guwahati
• Maintain discipline, safety and security of female students residing in the hostel
• Keep records of attendance, leave and visitors of hostel inmates
• Handle student grievances and coordinate with the Institute administration
• Monitor mess arrangements, cleanliness and general hostel facilities
• Stay in the hostel premises and remain available for student welfare
• Report any medical, security or disciplinary issues to the Director promptly
• Liaise with parents and guardians as and when needed
