Service Conditions and Caveats

• Appointment routes: direct recruits receive the applicable institute pay and benefits, while deputation and contract candidates follow separate terms attached to the notice.
• Contract tenure: a standard contractual appointment begins for one year or until another arrangement is made, and it does not create a right to regular appointment.
• Retired faculty: eligible retired teachers from Institutes of National Importance and government medical colleges can be considered as consultants under the separate contract conditions.
• Whole-time service: selected faculty must work full time for AIIMS Raebareli and cannot take another paid assignment or conduct private practice.
