All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Nagpur is hiring a Project Office Helper (Project Support Staff-I) for an ICMR-funded multicentric study run by its Department of Pathology. The study is developing an AI image-classification algorithm and validating a bioimpedance device to help classify oral lesions, so this is a support role that connects office records, clinical teams and research participants.

The work is based at AIIMS Nagpur and designated study sites across Nagpur district. You may help the team in ENT, Dental and Surgical Oncology outpatient areas after the treating clinician gives permission, explain the study in familiar language and support the consent process under the supervision of the investigators.

This is an initial 11-month contractual appointment that may continue until the project ends, depending on satisfactory work and available funds. Before field work starts, the selected person will receive orientation in ICMR ethical guidance, Good Clinical Practice, informed consent, confidentiality and study documentation, which is especially important when handling participant information.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project tenure: The appointment is tied to the ICMR-funded study and ends with the project; it does not create a claim to a regular AIIMS Nagpur or ICMR post.
• Travel: You should be ready to visit both rural and urban study locations within Nagpur district whenever project work calls for it.
• Notice period: The selected person must give a 30-day notice when resigning from the project.
• Interview attendance: No TA or DA is available, and the personal interview will not be held online.
