AIIMS Bibinagar Non-Faculty Deputation Recruitment 2026 — 19 Posts

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar, Hyderabad (AIIMS Bibinagar) has released Advertisement No. AIIMS/BBN/RECT/DEPUTATION/2026/958 dated 06 April 2026 for filling 19 Non-Faculty posts on Deputation basis (including short-term contract). The institute is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, located in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, Telangana. Who Can Apply?

These posts are open only to serving officers of Central Government / State Government / U.T. / Autonomous Bodies / Universities / Public Sector Undertakings / R&D Organizations / Police Departments / Armed Forces (including Para Military Forces). Each post has specific eligibility criteria:

Medical Superintendent (01 post)

• A medical qualification included in Schedule I or II or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
• Plus: Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS) or equivalent, OR MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) or equivalent recognised by the Medical Council of India
• Experience: 10 years in Hospital Administration in hospitals after obtaining PG Degree, preferably in hospitals with 300 beds, in a senior position

Financial Advisor (01 post) — Level 13

• Employees holding analogous posts on regular basis in Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs or R&D Organizations
• OR: Officers with 5 years regular service from Organized Accounts Service in grade pay of Rs. 7600
• OR: Officers with 5 years regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary in Central Government in grade pay of Rs. 7600 and 3 years experience in finance and accounts

Superintending Engineer (01 post) — Level 13

• Employees holding analogous posts on regular basis
• OR: Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in grade pay of Rs. 7600
• OR: Executive Engineer with 10 years of regular service in grade pay of Rs. 6600

Executive Engineer (Electrical) (01 post) — Level 11

• Employees holding analogous posts on regular basis
• OR: Assistant Engineer (Electrical) with 5 years regular service in grade pay of Rs. 5400
• OR: Junior Engineer (Electrical) with 7 years of regular service in grade pay of Rs. 4600

Nursing Superintendent (02 posts) — Level 11

• Officers of State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts
• OR: Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay of Rs. 5400

Accounts Officer (01 post) — Level 10

• Officers under Central/State/U.T. Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or R&D Organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis
• OR: Officers with 2/3 years regular service in the relevant field in grade pay of Rs. 4800/4600

Assistant Accounts Officer (02 posts) — Level 7

• Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis
• OR: Junior Accounts Officer with 5 years regular service in grade pay of Rs. 4200

Executive Assistant (N.S.) (01 post) — Level 6

• Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis
• OR: Officers with 10 years regular service in grade pay of Rs. 2400 in the relevant field, possessing: (a) Degree from a recognised university, and (b) Proficiency in computers

Personal Assistant (01 post) — Level 6

• Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis
• OR: Officers with 10 years regular service in grade pay of Rs. 2400

Technician (Laboratory) (05 posts) — Level 6

• Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis
• OR: Officers with 10 years regular service in grade pay of Rs. 2400, possessing educational qualification for direct recruitment: (a) B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent with 5 years experience, OR (b) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent with 8 years experience

Upper Division Clerk (03 posts) — Level 4

• Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis
• OR: Officers with 8 years regular service in grade pay of Rs. 1900, possessing: (a) Degree from a recognised university, (b) Proficiency in computers, and (c) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi (time: 10 minutes)

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application (for all posts except Medical Superintendent)
• For Medical Superintendent: maximum age is 58 years as on the closing date
• The eligibility criteria will be regulated as per the relevant Recruitment Rules/DoPT instructions in force

Salary

• Medical Superintendent: Level 14 — Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200 per month + NPA (Non-Practising Allowance)
• Financial Advisor / Superintending Engineer: Level 13 — Rs. 1,23,100 – 2,15,900 per month
• Executive Engineer (Electrical) / Nursing Superintendent: Level 11 — Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 per month
• Accounts Officer: Level 10 — Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500 per month
• Assistant Accounts Officer: Level 7 — Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400 per month
• Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Technician (Laboratory): Level 6 — Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400 per month
• Upper Division Clerk: Level 4 — Rs. 25,500 – 81,100 per month
• Deputation terms and conditions governed by DoPT OM No. 2/6/2018-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 18.05.2018

Selection Process

Selection is on Deputation basis (including short-term contract). The process follows standard government deputation procedures:
