All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar (AIIMS Bibinagar), Hyderabad has released Advertisement No. AIIMS/BBN/RECT/DEPUTATION/2026/958 dated 06 April 2026, inviting applications for 19 Non-Faculty posts on deputation basis across 11 categories. The institute is an INI (Institute of National Importance) under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and is located in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, Telangana. Eligibility criteria for each post (by way of deputation including short-term contract):

Medical Superintendent (Level 14)

• Medical qualification included in the 1st or 2nd Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
• Postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognised equivalent — OR — M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or an equivalent PG degree recognised by the Medical Council of India
• Experience: 10 years' experience in Hospital Administration after obtaining the P.G. Degree, in a senior position, preferably in hospitals with 300 beds

Financial Advisor (Level 13)

• Officers from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Central Statutory / Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or R&D Organisations holding analogous post on regular basis — OR —
• Officers with 5 years' regular service from Organised Accounts Service in grade pay of Rs. 7,600 — OR —
• Officers with 5 years' regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary in Central Government in grade pay Rs. 7,600 with 3 years' experience in finance and accounts

Superintending Engineer (Level 13)

• Officers from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Autonomous/Statutory Bodies, PSUs, or R&D Organisations holding analogous post — OR —
• Executive Engineers with 5 years' regular service in grade pay Rs. 7,600 — OR —

Executive Assistant (N.S.) — Level 6

Technician (Laboratory) — Level 6

• Officers with 10 years' regular service in grade pay Rs. 2,400, with B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent, with 5 years' experience in the field — OR — Diploma in Medical Lab Technology with 8 years' experience in the field

Upper Division Clerk (Level 4)

• Officers from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or R&D Organisations holding analogous post on regular basis — OR —
• Officers with 8 years' regular service in grade pay Rs. 1,900, with a Degree from a recognised University, Proficiency in computers, and Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application (applicable to all posts)
• Exception: Maximum age for Medical Superintendent post is 58 years as on closing date
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules

Salary

• Medical Superintendent (Level 14): Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200 per month + Non-Practising Allowance (NPA)
• Financial Advisor / Superintending Engineer (Level 13): Rs. 1,23,100 to Rs. 2,15,900 per month
• Executive Engineer (Electrical) / Nursing Superintendent (Level 11): Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month
• Accounts Officer (Level 10): Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month
• Assistant Accounts Officer (Level 7): Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month
• Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Technician (Laboratory) (Level 6): Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month
• Upper Division Clerk (Level 4): Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100 per month
• Plus DA, HRA, TA and all other allowances as admissible to Central Government employees posted at AIIMS Bibinagar

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written examination for these posts. Selection is done in the following stages:

1. Screening of Applications: All applications received through proper channel will be screened based on qualifications, service records, and ACRs/APARs submitted.
2. Shortlisting: Only eligible candidates whose applications are forwarded by their employer with Vigilance Clearance and Integrity Certificate will be considered.
3. Interview / Selection Committee: Shortlisted candidates may be called for further evaluation as per the competent authority's decision.
4. Document Verification: Original certificates and service records will be verified at the time of interview/selection.

Note: The number of posts is tentative and may change based on the institute's requirements. The competent authority's decision on shortlisting and selection is final.
