Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Physiology / Neurophysiology / Neurosciences / Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences / Allied Sciences.
• Marks: You need at least 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• Desirable: A valid GATE score or NET-JRF is desirable.

Skills Needed

• Laboratory Skills: Ability to collect blood under supervision and perform western blot, ELISA and RT-PCR.
• Communication: Ability to communicate in English, Hindi and Odiya.
• Project Fit: Interest in neuroscience, biochemical markers, neuroimaging or machine-learning linked clinical research will help.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 30 years as on the date of interview, 21 May 2026.
• SC / ST / OBC / PWD: Age relaxation is admissible as per Government rules.

Salary

• Consolidated monthly fellowship: Rs. 30,000 per month.
• The amount follows S&T Department, Government of Odisha norms mentioned in the notice.
• The initial tenure is 6 months and may extend up to 3 years if project work and performance are satisfactory.
