AIIMS Bhopal Program Support Associate Recruitment 2026: Overview
All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhopal (AIIMS Bhopal) is hiring a Program Support Associate for the Intermediate Field Epidemiology Training Programme (I-FETP). The programme runs under PM-ABHIM, with grant support from the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This is a project-specific contract at AIIMS Bhopal, connected to the programme's coordination and administrative support needs.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Initial tenure: Your appointment runs for one year or until the project ends, whichever comes first. An extension depends on your performance, the project continuing and funds being available.
- No regular appointment claim: This contract does not give you a right to a regular post or absorption with AIIMS Bhopal, NCDC or the Government of India. You cannot claim continued employment after the project finishes.
- Joining agreement: If selected, you must sign a contractual agreement with the institute before joining.
- Shortlisting: Meeting the advertised requirements does not automatically mean you will be called. The institute can change the assessment arrangements based on the response to the advertisement.
- Recruitment discretion: AIIMS Bhopal may change, cancel or withdraw the advertisement. Trying to influence the recruitment can lead to disqualification.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate I-FETP programme activities.
- Handle trainee registration and keep programme records.
- Coordinate workshops and maintain their records.
- Support procurement activities.
- Prepare PFMS documentation.
- Prepare programme reports.
- Coordinate with NCDC and other programme stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Graduate from a recognised university.
Preferred Qualification
Qualifications in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Health Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications or Information Technology.
Required Skills
Desirable: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and email, eOffice, government procurement procedures, GeM Portal, PFMS, documentation and report writing.
Age Limit
Up to 40 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/OBC, government employees, departmental candidates including project staff, and ex-servicemen: As applicable under Central Government instructions. The notice describes the upper age of 40 as preferred.

Exam Pattern
