AIGGPA, an autonomous institute under the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Management Department, has released a notification for 78 posts across two flagship programs implemented through CEDMAP — the Chief Minister's Young Professionals for Development Program (CMYPDP) and the Chief Minister's Young Interns for Good Governance Program (CMYIGGP). CMYPDP places 55 CM Fellows across all districts of Madhya Pradesh and 10 Programme Coordinators at the state-level Project Management Unit (PMU), while CMYIGGP fills 13 specialist PMU roles covering research, data analysis, administration, accounts, design, and public relations. This is a great opportunity for young graduates and postgraduates to work directly with the Madhya Pradesh government on policy and governance projects.

Who Can Apply?

For CM Fellow (Rs. 55,000/month + TA):

• You need a Degree in Engineering or Law, OR a Postgraduate degree in Management/MBA/PGDM, OR a Graduate degree in any stream (Arts/Commerce/Science) with 60% marks.

For Programme Coordinator (Rs. 55,000/month + TA):

• Same qualification as CM Fellow, plus 6 years of relevant work experience.

For Chief Program Manager (Rs. 2,00,000/month):

• You need a Postgraduate degree with 60% marks and 15 years of relevant experience.

For Senior Program Manager (Rs. 1,20,000/month):

• You need a Postgraduate degree with 60% marks and 8 years of relevant experience.

For Program Manager posts — Research, Data Analyst, Administration & HR, Accounts, Design & Publication, Public Relations (Rs. 80,000/month):

• You need a Postgraduate degree with 60% marks and 3 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit

• CM Fellow: You should be between 21 and 32 years old.
• Programme Coordinator: You should be between 25 and 40 years old.
• All other PMU posts (Chief Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager roles): You should be between 25 and 60 years old.
• Age is calculated as on 1 January 2025.

Salary

• CM Fellow: Rs. 55,000 per month + travel allowance of Rs. 25,000-35,000.
• Programme Coordinator: Rs. 55,000 per month + travel allowance up to Rs. 80,000.
• Chief Program Manager: Rs. 2,00,000 per month.
• Senior Program Manager: Rs. 1,20,000 per month.
• All other Program Manager posts: Rs. 80,000 per month.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview — there is no written test.
