AIASL Chief Executive Officer Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL), a subsidiary of AI Assets Holding Limited, has released an internal recruitment advertisement for the CEO post. This opening is only for permanent serving employees of AI Assets Holding Limited and its subsidiary companies. Selection may be based on personal interview of shortlisted candidates, so the application should clearly show aviation leadership, senior management exposure, and relevant achievements.

The appointment is on a contract basis for 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance. The CEO will report to the CMD, AIAHL and Chairman Group of Companies. The selected candidate must quit from the company as per applicable service regulations if selected for the CEO role.

Internal Candidate Requirement

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Qualification: Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Experience: You need 20 years of managerial experience.
• Senior experience: At least 5 years must be at senior managerial level, not more than two levels below CEO or Head of Institution, in the aviation industry.
• Relevant level: Candidates working at Senior Management Level (E-7) can apply if they meet the experience criteria.
• Desirable qualification: MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree/diploma, CA, or CMA.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: Not more than 57 years as on the notification date, 10 June 2026.
• Age relaxation: If you have 3 years of experience in ground handling in the aviation sector, the upper age can be relaxed suitably, but not beyond 62 years as on 10 June 2026.
• Contract age cap: The contract can run for 3 years, extendable by 2 years, or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

Salary

• Fixed gross pay: Rs. 3,00,000 per month.
• Special allowance: 20% of gross pay.
• HRA: 30% of fixed gross pay plus special allowance.
• Monthly package note: The notification gives these salary components separately; candidates should read the official advertisement for the exact pay structure.

Selection Process

The selection procedure for AIASL CEO will follow a two-tier process. The official notice says this may be based on personal interview of shortlisted candidates.
