AI Assets Holding Ltd has released the official notice for appointment of Chief Executive Officer, AIASL, for its subsidiary AI Airport Services Limited. AIASL handles ground handling services and has its registered office in New Delhi. This is a senior contract leadership post, so it is meant for people who already have strong aviation industry leadership experience.

The selected CEO will report to the CMD, AIAHL and Chairman, Group of Companies. The role is focused on growth, sustainability and professional management of the organization. The appointment is initially for 3 years and may be extended by another 2 years based on performance and company requirement.

Appointment Terms

• Nature of post: Contract appointment for a senior leadership role in AIASL.
• Initial tenure: The contract period is 3 years.
• Extension: The tenure may be extended by another 2 years based on performance.
• Management discretion: The tenure can also be curtailed based on company requirement.
• Reporting line: The CEO will report to CMD, AIAHL and Chairman, Group of Companies.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Qualification: You need an MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Management Degree/Diploma, OR a Graduate Degree, OR Graduate Engineering degree, OR CA, OR CMA.
• Experience: You need 20 years of managerial experience.
• Senior-level experience: Out of the total experience, at least 5 years should be at senior managerial level in the aviation industry.
• Position level: The senior role should not be more than two levels below CEO or Head of Institution.

Experience Level Accepted

• Public sector: Central, State or Public Sector Enterprise candidates working at E-7 level or above can be considered if they meet the experience rules.
• Private sector: Private sector candidates can be considered if they are not more than two levels below CEO or Head of Institution and meet the aviation experience rule.
• Employer certificate: Existing employer certification about the level of post held is required where applicable.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 57 years as on the notification date, 10 June 2026.
• Age relaxation: If you have 3 years of Ground Handling experience in the aviation sector, the maximum age can be relaxed.
• The relaxed upper age cannot be more than 62 years as on 10 June 2026.
• The contract can run for 3 years, extendable by 2 years, or up to 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.

Salary

• Fixed monthly pay: Rs. 3,00,000 per month.
• Special allowance: 20% of the fixed gross pay.
• HRA: 30% of fixed gross pay plus special allowance.
• The final appointment and pay terms will be at the sole discretion of the management.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection for the AIASL CEO post will be through a two-tier process based on personal interviews of shortlisted candidates. The official notice does not mention a written exam.
