TSU PMU Executive Recruitment 2026: Overview

Tribhuvan Sahkari University (TSU), Anand, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, is hiring Executives for its Project Management Unit (PMU). The PMU runs the Professional Development and Capacity-Building Program for PACS Secretaries in Gujarat, a project TSU carries out with the Department of Cooperation, Government of Gujarat. This is a contractual project job, not a regular university post. If you are a graduate who has organised training or field programmes and you speak Gujarati well, this is the hands-on role that keeps the training batches moving.

The programme is a two-day, practice-based course planned for about 10,693 secretaries of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS), subject to the final list from the state department. Topics range from PACS governance, records and member relations to finance and internal controls, business diversification, computerisation, digital services and MIS, and action planning. As a PMU Executive you work under the Programme Manager and alongside the trainers, and you may also take training sessions yourself when assigned.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Language: You must be able to read, write and speak Gujarati, because you will deal with cooperative staff and district bodies across the state.
• Tenure: The engagement is purely contractual for 11 months. Pay is a fixed, all-inclusive consolidated amount with no separate allowances.
• Experience counting: Only experience gained after your bachelor's degree is counted.
• Place of work: You can be deployed at any TSU campus or any programme, training or field location across Gujarat, and this may change with programme needs.
• Shortlisting: TSU may hold a screening test and call only a limited number of people for interview. Interviews are normally in person.
• Serving employees: If you already work somewhere, keep a No Objection Certificate and, where needed, a Vigilance Clearance Certificate ready.
• No travel allowance: TSU pays no TA/DA for the test, interview or document verification.
• Offer letter: Final terms come in an offer letter; the offer lapses if you do not accept it within the time given.

• Organise training batches, venues, schedules, registration and attendance
• Coordinate with DCCBs, cooperative institutions, resource persons and state and district authorities
• Keep participant records, programme files, correspondence, MIS data and progress reports
• Handle logistics during training, including monitoring, feedback collection and follow-up
• Help prepare and adapt training material with district-specific inputs when assigned
• Deliver or facilitate training sessions, exercises, case discussions and action-planning activities when assigned
