TMC Clinical Trial Coordinator Recruitment 2026: Overview
Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a grant-in-aid institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, is hiring a Clinical Trial Coordinator for its Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (HBCH&RC) in Visakhapatnam. The post is attached to Project 12000503, a research project run at the cancer hospital, and it is filled on a contract basis through a walk-in interview. There is no online form and no written test, so the whole selection happens on one morning at the hospital.
The role suits you if you hold a science or pharmacy degree with a PG Diploma in Clinical Research, or a Pharm.D / M.Sc in Clinical Research, and want hands-on trial work at one of India's leading cancer centres. TMC also accepts pharmacy, life sciences, biotechnology, zoology and botany backgrounds, so the field is fairly open.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Contract tenure: The job runs for a fixed six months from your date of joining, and the centre can extend it if the project needs you.
- Purely temporary: The post is tied to Project 12000503 and does not turn into a regular TMC position.
- Experience is flexible: One year of clinical research work is desirable, not mandatory. TMC says it may still pick you with less experience if your skills are strong.
- Post count may change: The centre can increase or decrease the number of posts depending on its needs.
- Employment proof: If you are working now, be ready to share extra employment proof before or after the interview if HR asks for it.

You do not send any application in advance. Walk in to the HRD Department, first floor, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam-530053 between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM on the interview day.
Carry your updated resume, a recent photo and all original certificates with one set of self-attested copies. TMC clearly states that candidates who come without their originals will not be allowed to sit the interview.
