TMC Senior Resident (Pulmonary Medicine) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a grant-in-aid institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has invited applications from Indian nationals for 1 Senior Resident post in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH), Parel, Mumbai. There is no written test — eligible candidates are selected directly through a walk-in interview. The engagement is for a fixed tenure of one year, from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. TMC is India's premier grant-in-aid cancer treatment, research and education institute, and Senior Residents here get hands-on exposure to a large volume of respiratory and oncology cases.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: MD/DNB in Respiratory Medicine or Pulmonary Medicine, OR DM in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Nationality: You must be an Indian national.

Age Limit

• The age limit for this post is 40 years.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.

Salary

• If you hold an MD/DNB, you get a consolidated gross pay of Rs. 1,33,623 per month.
• If you hold a DM, you get a consolidated gross pay of Rs. 1,45,530 per month.
