• Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT industry or IT department of a BFSI organisation
• Skills: Manpower planning, conducting recruitment exercises, salary negotiation, onboarding, and succession planning
• Preferred certifications: HR Analytics, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP

For Manager (Learning & Development):

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or equivalent with specialisation in HR/HRD/HRM from an institution recognised by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources or Training, preferably in the IT industry or IT department of a BFSI organisation
• Skills: Designing training frameworks, managing Learning Management Systems, and conducting skill gap assessments
• Preferred certifications: HR Analytics, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP

Your preferred certification, if any, should be dated on or before 31 July 2026. Training and teaching experience alone will not count towards eligibility unless combined with the required HR experience.

Key Responsibilities - Manager (Manpower Planning & Recruitment):

• Prepare job descriptions and provide end-to-end recruitment support for user departments
• Coordinate interviews, group discussions, and salary negotiations with candidates
• Identify and engage talent hunt companies when required
• Build succession plans and monitor productivity tools for workforce planning
• Identify niche skill gaps in emerging technologies like AI/ML

Key Responsibilities - Manager (Learning & Development):

• Conduct training needs assessment and design learning and development policies
• Map role-based certifications for System Officers
• Engage with training partners and vendors, and organise workshops and seminars
• Build competency frameworks and drive employee engagement activities
• Implement Learning Management Systems and other upskilling technology tools

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a basic pay of Rs. 85,920 to Rs. 1,05,280 per month in the MMGS-III scale (85920-2680/5-99320-2980/2-105280).
• You will also get DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS, Leave Fare Concession, medical facility, and other perquisites as per Bank rules.

Selection Process

The selection is done in 2 stages:

1. Shortlisting: The Bank shortlists candidates based on qualification, experience, and profile. Meeting the minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
2. Interview: Carries 100 marks. The final merit list is based on interview scores alone, and older candidates are ranked higher in case of a tie.

Selected candidates will be on probation for 12 months and must be declared medically fit. If you currently work in a government office, PSU, or another bank, you will need to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer at the time of interview.
