Rajasthan High Court is hiring 2 Legal Researchers to work with Hon'ble Mr. Justice Arun Monga. If you are a fresh Law Graduate (LLB) or Postgraduate in Law (LLM), you can apply online. The last date to apply is 20 August 2026. You should be under 33 years of age as on 1 January 2026, and the post pays a fixed honorarium of Rs. 50,000 per month.

Rajasthan High Court (RHC) Legal Researcher Recruitment 2026 - 2 Posts

Rajasthan High Court has released an abridged advertisement inviting online applications for 2 Legal Researcher posts to be attached with Hon'ble Mr. Justice Arun Monga under the Scheme for Engaging Legal Researcher. The engagement is for one year, extendable up to 4 more years or till the retirement of the concerned judge, whichever is earlier. Fresh law graduates and postgraduates in law can apply for this opportunity to gain hands-on judicial research experience.

Who Can Apply?

  • Qualification: You must be a fresh Law Graduate (LLB) or Postgraduate in Law (LLM) from a University/College/Institution established by law in India.
  • Skills: You need basic knowledge of computers.
  • Nationality: You must be a citizen of India.
  • Note: You must not be a practicing advocate or engaged elsewhere on an honorarium/payment basis, and you should not have any pending or convicted criminal case.

Age Limit

  • You should not be above 33 years of age as on 1 January 2026.

Salary

  • Selected candidates will get a fixed honorarium of Rs. 50,000 per month.
  • No dearness allowance or other allowances are paid separately on top of this amount.

  • All Candidates: Rs. 100
  • Payment mode: Online, through net banking, debit card, or credit card.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

  1. Shortlisting: Applications are shortlisted based on your academic record and extra-curricular achievements.
  2. Interview: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Arun Monga interviews shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability.
  3. Document Verification: You must bring all original documents at the time of the interview.
