Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: Engagement begins for one year and may be renewed annually for a total period of up to three years, depending on performance and the university's requirement.
• No regularisation: The contract does not create a right to permanent absorption, seniority, promotion or regularisation in RGNAU.
• Benefits: The engagement does not carry DA, HRA, PF, pension, insurance, gratuity, LTC, medical claims or education allowances.
• Campus accommodation: Suitable accommodation may be offered only when available, on payment of the applicable rent or licence fee. Any allotment ends with the engagement.
• Confidentiality and intellectual property: Data and deliverables produced for RGNAU remain with the university. You cannot disclose or use them outside the assignment without written consent.
• Undertaking: Selected candidates must sign the university's undertaking and avoid outside work that conflicts with the contractual assignment.
• Shortlisting: Meeting the basic conditions does not guarantee a call. The university may shortlist applicants and decide how to assess written, proficiency and interview performance.
• Attendance: Shortlisted candidates must appear physically on the scheduled test or interview date; RGNAU will not change the schedule on individual request.
• Jurisdiction: Disputes connected with the recruitment are subject to courts or tribunals having jurisdiction over Lucknow.
• Joining cost: RGNAU will not pay TA or DA for joining the contractual engagement.
