Post-wise Duties

Specialist Doctors

The Cardiologist, Nephrologist and Gastroenterologist will diagnose and manage patients in their specialties, handle procedures available at the hospital, support emergency and ICU care, and keep clear clinical reports. You will also coordinate with related departments so treatment, procedures and follow-up remain connected.

Senior Bio-Medical Engineer

You will oversee the installation, calibration, preventive maintenance and repair of clinical equipment. The work also includes equipment specifications, vendor assessment, safety audits, asset records and urgent troubleshooting in areas such as the ICU and operation theatres.

Audiologist

You will conduct hearing tests and screening, prepare clinical findings, support hearing-aid fitting and provide rehabilitation or counselling. Coordination with ENT and clinical teams is part of the role.

Operation Manager

You will connect the hospital's clinical and support departments, monitor patient flow and operational performance, oversee resources and vendors, and prepare management updates. The role also supports quality, patient-safety and infection-control work.

Floor Manager

You will keep the assigned floor running smoothly by coordinating admissions, transfers, discharges, bed use and support services. Regular rounds, complaint handling, staff monitoring and quick escalation of operational issues are central to the job.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial tenure: Each engagement begins for six months with a two-day break and may be considered for another six months when performance is satisfactory and both sides agree.
• Anticipated roles: The Operation Manager and Floor Manager positions are marked as anticipated in the notice.
• Termination: The department may end an engagement for unsatisfactory work, delay, or concerns about honesty and integrity. It also reserves the right to end service with one month's notice without giving a reason.
• Interview travel: No TA or DA will be paid for attending the interview.
