Who Can Apply?

For Skilled Helper/Labourer (Rs. 15,000/month):

• Qualification: You need to have passed 4th standard.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in nursery management, pruning, or grafting is desirable, though not compulsory.

For Tractor Driver (Rs. 16,000/month):

• Qualification: You need to have passed 10th standard along with a valid tractor and trolley driving license.
• Preferred: One year of experience operating a tractor for ploughing, rotavator, cultivator, leveling, tanker, and trolley operations is desirable.

Candidates who already have experience in nursery management work will be given preference for both posts.

Age Limit

• Your age should not be more than 50 years at the time of applying.

Salary

• Skilled Helper/Labourer will get a fixed salary of Rs. 15,000 per month.
• Tractor Driver will get a fixed salary of Rs. 16,000 per month.
