MPKV Data Entry Operator Recruitment 2026: Overview
Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth (MPKV) is hiring Data Entry Operators for its Students Welfare Office at Rahuri, Maharashtra. These are short-term contractual appointments under the Students Welfare Officer. The engagement supports the office handling student welfare, sports and National Service Scheme (NSS) work.
The Students Welfare Office will be your workplace for the entire appointment. The notice specifies a full-time commitment, so you should consider the service conditions carefully before accepting the role.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The initial appointment is for six months on a temporary contractual basis. The engagement gives you no right to claim permanent employment.
- Administrative control: You will work under the Students Welfare Officer at MPKV, Rahuri. The office will keep an attendance register to track regular attendance.
- Exclusive commitment: You must devote your full working time to the assignment. You cannot hold another appointment during this period, whether paid or unpaid.
- Leaving early: If you intend to leave before the tenure ends, you must give one month of advance written notice or refund one month of salary.
- Conduct: Negligence in work or serious misconduct can lead to termination with 24 hours of notice. The notice also reserves the right to end the tenure appointment without giving a reason.
- Undertaking: Selected applicants must sign an undertaking and a service bond accepting the terms, including the commitment to complete the assignment. The bond uses the format provided by the office.
- Travel: MPKV will not pay travel or daily allowance for attending the interview.
- Recruitment discretion: Issuing the notice does not guarantee that the posts will be filled. That decision rests with the selection committee.
