न्यूनतम योग्यता

Full-time 2-year postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development, Social Work (MSW), Business Administration (MBA), Agricultural Sciences or an equivalent discipline.

वांछित योग्यता

At least 1 year as District Manager or 3 years as Taluk Project Manager is preferred.

आवश्यक कौशल

Leadership of large multidisciplinary teams; experience running rural livelihood and self-help group programmes; reading, writing and speaking Kannada and English; computer skills.
