- Qualification: Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with government, non-government organisations or administrative bodies handling cases related to violence against women
- Preference: Candidates with work experience in this field will be given preference
- Gender: Only women candidates are eligible
- Domicile: Must be a resident of Erode District
Salary
- Senior Counsellor: Rs. 22,000 per month

- Provide counselling and case-work support to women affected by violence at the One Stop Centre
- Handle case files, maintain confidential records and follow-up on each case
- Coordinate with police, medical, legal and shelter services for survivors
- Manage the centre's computer systems, software and case-management tools (IT Technician)
- Prepare daily reports and submit them to the District Social Welfare Officer
- Assist in awareness programmes about women's rights and OSC services
- Work in shifts as required by the round-the-clock operation of the centre
